Today, I serve as the CEO of Acrewell, where my main job is to create a culture of performance, accountability, and growth so that everyone on our team can be successful.
Prior to founding Acrewell, I joined the founding team at Elemy in 2019 as US employee #2. In my two year tenure, I was responsible for establishing three departments in the company: Family Admissions, Corporate Development / M&A, and New Ventures.
During a two year period, the teams I built helped Elemy grow from 10 to 800+ employees and $0 to $XXmm+ in annual recurring revenue (ARR), making Elemy a billion dollar ‘unicorn’ startup and one of the fastest growing companies of all time.
For me, the art and science of business is part of a deeper interest in how nature works and what it means to teach us.
In a world of numbers and facts, I find that the most important truths are often the ones that are hardest to prove – the subtle messages that break the pattern and provide the hint that leads you down the path you least expected.
